Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.

Additional revisions may be charged separately.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, client communication, and revision requests.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and assets required for the project. Delays caused by incomplete or late submissions are not our responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
Final approved work becomes the client’s property after full payment.
Websoft Digiorbit reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

You may not use our services for any illegal, offensive, or unethical activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
